When you hear S-T-R-E-T-C-H firs of all you associate this word with stretching exercises or flexibility training.

However, this is not what it means.

What S-T-R-E-T-C-H really is?

This training is based on eccentric contractions strength exercises. Eccentric contractions is a motion of an active muscle while it is lengthening under load.

S-T-R-E-T-C-H was developed in 90-s of XX century by choreographer G. Abramov for professional dancers as a daily body conditioning training. It was a part of a daily routine for the performers of his theatre for years. This authentic exersise complex helped dancers to maintain a good physical condition to meets demanding standards of their profession. S-T-R-E-T-C-H also helped them to recovery from injuries as well as to start to work after vacations period within a maximally short period of time. 

It's a high intensity eccentric resistance training, which helps to gain muscle strength in the most efficient way.

What to expect?

For this class you don't need any special equipment. It is possible to do this class in a small space. The exercises has simple form and are performed with low speed. You are guided by the coach and learn the technique how to perform them in a correct way. You also learn how to build your own workout from simple exercises to more complicated.

You will also learn basic anatomy in applicatiin to these exercises.

Classes are held offline and online. 

You can also chose whether you want to exercise in a small group or individually.
